What labels do you offer?

We print custom roll labels in circle, square, rectangle, and custom shapes.

What sizes do you offer?

2”, 2.5”, 3”, and 4” sizes, plus custom sizes.

What’s the minimum order?

250 labels.

What files can I upload?

PDF, AI, SVG, PNG, or high-resolution JPG files.

Will I see a proof before printing?

Yes, we send a free digital proof for approval before printing.

How long does it take?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after proof approval.

Are the labels waterproof?

Our labels are water-resistant and made for a variety of products and packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before production starts. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

Can I return my labels?

Since all labels are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If we made a mistake or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will work with you to make it right.

Will colors look exactly like my screen?

Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products.

Who is responsible for checking artwork?

Please review your proof carefully. Once approved, you are responsible for any spelling, design, or content errors in the artwork.

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders and promotions.
